我需要取消5元版的139邮箱业务，但通过网站、短信、10086人工服务等方式均被告知无法操作。与10086接线员沟通后我得到的信息是，中国移动在没有告知客户的前提下，单方面提出月末最后一天20点以后不得做业务变更，如果第二天操作，则仍然会收取第二个月的月费。

某年暑假我曾经以同样的方式（那时候还叫信息产业部）投诉过绍兴电信在ADSL中强插广告的行为，最后绍兴电信的人登门道歉并停止了侵权行为。不知道这条道现在还好不好使，嗯。
