I saw this older couple walking along the beach at Ormond Beach and thought how great it looked seeing them hand in hand still after all these years. I think that you can see that the husband is helping his wife along.

Captured one morning along the River Avon, this beautiful swan was cleaning itself before stretching its wings in a classic pose. The early morning sun rays add to the surreal image as they burn away the river mist.

An amazing view of the sun setting behind the Flatirons of the Rocky Mountain front range in Boulder CO. I caught this spectacular fireshow on the roof of the stadium, using five different exposures in a tone mapping technique similar to the one Ansel Adams developed to capture scenes with high dynamic range.

A rainy day leaves empty tables, but the show goes on as Natalia Pastorino and Alejandro Nievas tango at El Balcón, a club in Buenos Aires’s San Telmo district. "There’s a lot of sadness in our country," says Pastorino, "but when you dance, you forget. You focus on your partner, on the music. You dance with your heart."
